How to Download Course Materials

Many courses provide downloadable resources like PDFs, slides, and worksheets to enhance your learning. Follow these steps to download materials for offline use.

Step 1: Check If a Course Has Downloadable Materials

📌 1. Go to Your Course

  • Navigate to "My Courses" and select the course you want.
  • Open the course dashboard to view all lessons and materials.

📌 2. Look for Downloadable Files

  • Some courses offer PDFs, PPTs, spreadsheets, or e-books.
  • These are usually listed under "Resources", next to the video or in a separate tab.

Step 2: Download Materials

📥 1. Click the Download Button

  • If a file is available, you will see a download icon or a "Download" link.
  • Click it to save the file to your device.

📥 2. Check Your File Format

  • PDFs open with Adobe Reader or any browser.
  • PPTs work with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
  • Spreadsheets may require Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

📥 3. Save for Offline Access

  • On mobile, ensure files are saved to your downloads or cloud storage.
  • On desktop, choose a folder where you can easily find them.

  • If the file is corrupted, delete it and redownload.
