How to Set Up and Manage Subscription Billing

Choosing the Right Plan

We offer flexible pricing plans based on your needs. To view and select a plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click "View Plans" to compare available options.
  3. Select a plan and click "Upgrade" or "Subscribe".
Tip: Some plans include usage-based pricing, so check the billing details before confirming.

Updating Payment Information

To update your billing details:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Click "Update Payment" and enter your new card or bank details.
  3. Save changes—your next billing cycle will use the new payment method.

Understanding Your Invoice

Your invoice includes:

  • Subscription fees (monthly/annual)
  • Usage-based charges (if applicable)
  • Taxes or VAT (if required by your region)

To download past invoices:

Canceling or Changing Your Subscription

If you need to downgrade, upgrade, or cancel:

  • Navigate to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
  • Choose "Change Plan" to switch tiers or "Cancel Subscription" to stop auto-renewal.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
